Working With Nature for Generations

For E.K. Bare, sustainability means a conscious effort to protect and preserve nature’s conditions. By partnering with farms who have long worked to uphold sustainable farming practices, including regenerative agriculture, we continue to demonstrate our commitment to the environment.

“Sustainability through regenerative agriculture was important to E.K. Bare and our family farms long before it was a term discussed in common culture. Many of the farms we partner with are in the third and fourth generations of family ownership. Being a good steward of all resources means the next generation will be able to continue farming into the future.”

Regenerative Agriculture

Farming In Harmony with the Land

Regenerative agriculture is the combination of minimizing soil disturbance, diversifying crops, reducing chemical inputs, and integrating livestock for the purpose of improving a farm’s long-term productivity. All of our partner farms use some level of regenerative practices—such as crop rotations, cover crops, or precision agriculture—to encourage ecological health for generations to come.
